These Terms & Conditions govern the sale of vehicles and related services by Clearway Motors.

1. Vehicle Descriptions

All vehicles are described as accurately as possible. Customers are encouraged to inspect vehicles, review documentation, and ask any questions prior to purchase. Normal wear and tear consistent with the vehicle’s age and mileage should be expected.

Clearway Motors will not be held liable for normal wear and tear present prior to sale, identified at the time of sale, or arising from normal use after sale.

2. Vehicle Condition

All vehicles sold by Clearway Motors are used vehicles unless otherwise stated. Minor cosmetic imperfections, mechanical wear, or interior marks consistent with age and mileage do not constitute faults.

Customers are encouraged to view and test drive vehicles before purchase where possible.

3. Deposits

A non-refundable £210 deposit may be required to reserve a vehicle.

• A vehicle is not reserved until the deposit has been received
• Deposits may be non-refundable once a vehicle has been removed from sale or preparation has commenced
• Full deposit terms will be clearly explained and agreed prior to payment

4. Pricing & Payments

• All prices are displayed in GBP

• Prices may change at any time prior to a sale being agreed

• Full payment must be cleared before vehicle collection or delivery unless otherwise agreed in writing

• Accepted payment methods will be confirmed at the time of sale.

5. Finance

Finance options may be available and are subject to status and lender approval.

Clearway Motors acts as a credit broker, not a lender. Customers are free to arrange independent finance if preferred. 

Full finance documentation will be provided before any agreement is completed.

6. Warranty

Warranty products are supplied by Warranty First.

Warranty First is solely responsible for the warranty cover provided, including all terms, conditions, claims, and administration.

Clearway Motors is not responsible for warranty decisions, claims approval, or exclusions. Full warranty details are provided prior to purchase.

7. Consumer Rights

Nothing in these Terms & Conditions affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

8. Limitation of Liability

Clearway Motors will not be liable for:

• Normal wear and tear

• Issues disclosed prior to sale

• Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, or failure to maintain the vehicle after sale

• Indirect or consequential losses

Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

9. Website Use

Users must not misuse this website, including attempting unauthorised access, copying content without permission, or using the site for unlawful purposes.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
